Our Wedding

We met on Bumble, and just a week later, on 11th April 2025, we met for our very first date at The Wayfarer. In the warmth of the April sunshine, over drinks and endless conversation, something extraordinary happened. What was meant to be a simple first date became the beginning of the rest of our lives. Neither of us wanted that night to end. In just one evening, we both knew — we had found our person.From that moment on, life simply made sense together.Before that evening, we never truly believed in love at first sight. We thought it only existed in fairy tales, love songs, and films. But from the moment we met, everything changed. In each other, we found what we had both been searching for — a connection so effortless, so undeniable, that we instantly knew we had found our forever person.Very quickly, we realised we didn’t want to spend another day apart. Our two worlds became one as we blended our families and created our beautiful family of seven — two parents, four amazing children and our beloved Labrador Betty — filling our home with love, chaos, laughter, and happiness. By June, we had moved in together, beginning the adventure that would become our forever.The past 18 months have been nothing short of magical. Filled with unforgettable moments, endless laughter, spontaneous adventures, quiet nights, and the kind of love that makes even ordinary days feel extraordinary. Every “first” together has been so special, but our hearts are most excited for all the beautiful forevers still waiting for us.Our journey hasn’t been without challenges or the sadness that life can sometimes bring, but through it all we have found our person — our forever love, our ride or die. Together, we know we can face anything as a team, never alone again. We have found a love that truly feels like home.On 22nd March, we promised each other forever, and on 11th June 2027, we cannot wait to become husband and wife — Mr &amp; Mrs Anderson.We are so looking forward to celebrating the beginning of our forever with the people we love most, creating memories together we will treasure always as we start our next chapter as husband and wife. Our hearts are so full knowing we’ll have you beside us, not only on our wedding day, but throughout all the years still to come.

She can usually be found with a Gin & Tonic in hand and her two boys keeping her busy, she brings warmth, fun, and laughter wherever she goes. We’re so lucky to have her celebrating by our side as our Bridesmaid.

Our eldest and wisest daughter, Jessica has grown into a beautiful, adventurous young woman who brings so much joy to our lives. We are incredibly proud of the person you are becoming and love your free spirit and passion for exploring the world. Sophie’s lifelong best friend, and has been a constant source of love, loyalty and laughter over the years. Ella is our gorgeous Goddaughter who brings so much joy, energy, and fun wherever she goes. Our little pocket rocket keeps everyone smiling, and we’re so proud to have her as our Flower Girl. We already know she’ll be one of the last ones standing on the dance floor!

Our youngest son has the very special honour of walking his Mum down the aisle on this unforgettable day. Brave-hearted, loving, and always the one to bring laughter and joy to our lives, Max holds such a special place in our hearts. We couldn’t imagine this moment without him by our side, and having him share in this day means more to us than words can express.

Our 15-year-old son keeps us endlessly entertained with his hilarious accents and questionable dad dancing! When he’s not making everyone laugh, he loves nothing more than spending the day fishing. You’ll most likely find him alongside his Uncle Mutto for most of the evening — exactly where he belongs.

Good young Master Bayes — or, as I like to call him, “My Visa” because I do all the work and he gets all the credit! We’ve travelled far and wide together, and we’re delighted he’ll be travelling into this new chapter with us as my Groomsman.

I met 'Mutto' through our shared love of darts — nobody can hit a 26 quite like him! What started as a friendship over the dartboard quickly became a lifelong bond. Whether it’s a steady hand, a cold beer, solid advice, or a quick laugh, Mutto is always there. His loyalty and good humour make him a truly cherished friend and Groomsman.



David Mutton

Rich is a friend who has truly become family. Married to Katie and godfather to Max, he brings humour, warmth, and a wonderful sense of fun wherever he goes. We’re so grateful that he’ll be doing a reading at our wedding ceremony, and we know he’ll do us proud.

Emmie is a kind and beautiful young lady who loves cricket and spending quality time with her family. Her caring nature and warm smile bring joy to everyone around her.

Her little sister, Shayley is a bundle of energy and fun, with a passion for dance that shines through in everything she does. Her enthusiasm and vibrant personality light up every room she enters.
